Every Program Starts With One Life-Changing Connection

Our mentorship programs are designed to meet kids where they are—at school, at home, and in the community—providing consistent, meaningful support from caring adults.

At the heart of every Big Brothers Big Sisters program is a professionally supported, one-to-one mentoring relationship between a caring adult and a child. Our evidence-based model is free of charge for families and proven to improve confidence, academic performance, and long-term outcomes.

School-Based Program

Bigs meet with their Littles once a week at school during the school day. They may eat lunch together, play games, or work on school skills.

Community-Based Program

Bigs and Littles meet 2–4 times a month doing everyday activities—like grabbing a bite, going to the park, or visiting the library. The schedule is flexible and personalized for each match.

High School Bigs

A leadership development program that matches high school students with younger mentees—building responsibility, empathy, and confidence in both.

Pathways to Success

A specialized program for high school Littles focused on college and career readiness, financial literacy, and life planning.

STEP

Funded by Impact 100 Baldwin County, STEP builds mentoring relationships between students and local leaders, connecting them to skills, careers, and real-world role models.

Mentoring Ministry

In partnership with local churches and faith-based organizations, this program offers mentorship rooted in shared values, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

Corporate Big Program
